Education Begins at birth
The method is based around classroom materials that children can see and touch because they are extra receptive to certain stimuli, that classroom develops an environment which enables a child to work freely this way, they can choose materials that best suit their internal needs and levels of understanding. This method provides enhanced learning of key skill, that today's traditional curriculum just does not offer. Children given the Montessori technique tend to progress further in language and math skills. Montessori focuses on "the whole child", offering a holistic understanding of these subjects that is greatly lacking in today's education programs. Lessons are given in a developmentally appropriate way so that the child finds a "spontaneous love" for learning. Don't let your child hate learning.
